Export/Backup Your Rhythms from Djembe N.E.T.
There are two ways you can make a backup of your rhythm collection as a member of the Djembe Notation Exchange Team. (
Note: You can not export to the Notation Playback Windows freeware, even though you can import from it!
)
1. You can make a CSV file (comma-separated values), which is a standard format for migrating database table data from one system to another. The CSV file is a plain text file that can easily be imported into MS Excel and other database software for further execution.
The CSV file will be named DJEMBENET.CSV and saved to the Downloaded Files folder of your computer, from where it can be opened with any word processor. It contains exactly the same information about your rhythms as the online database table.
2. You can make a printable HTML file that you can print or save as a backup file. It can be opened with and printed from any web browser. The HTML file contents will be displayed in your browser and can be saved to a location of your choice with a name of your choice - or its default page name:
"Backup Rhythms from Djembe NET.htm"
You have the option to include handing, remarks and source comments - or not - depending on whether or not you will need to see it in print. (You can optionally make one file just for printing with only the notation and another one for safekeeping that includes everything.)
